The Ledger — Public, Private, In Progress

Built work, with the status left on.

This is the book of record: public products, private builds, pilots, work in progress, and founder history. Each entry says what I built and where it stands. A prototype stays a prototype; a public product gets a link.

LEDGER-01
Entry 01 Open entries 5 entries / live ink

Open entries. Status included.

Five grouped entries remain open. Some are public, some private, and some still in build. The status labels tell you which is which.

EXP-005 AI SALES OPS LIVE SAAS Live

SalesOp AI — sales ops without the busywork.

I built SalesOp AI as an AI-powered sales ops platform. The premise is blunt: sales teams burn their best hours on admin instead of closing. So the platform automates the busywork — the pipeline hygiene, the ops overhead — and hands the hours back.

It's live SaaS, running today. It also feeds the rest of the ledger: everything I know about GTM from the exits went into how this thing sells itself.

EXP-003 NEXT.JS + PYTHON QUANT RESEARCH In build — private

Phantom Node — a USD/JPY quant desk in software.

Phantom Node is my research build: a Python trading engine paired with a Next.js command center for one pair, USD/JPY. Signal confluence, macro context, news-event filters, live charting, and risk controls — the whole desk, on one screen, wired to OANDA.

It's private and it stays private. The market grades this one, not a landing page. What I keep from it is the discipline: risk rules written in code beat risk rules written in good intentions.

EXP-004 GAMING DECK BUILDER Live — riftstorm.gg

Riftstorm.gg — a deck builder that grew into a platform.

RiftStorm is live with card search, deck building, saved builds, collection tracking, counter guides, and community decks.

See the public product at riftstorm.gg. The lesson it logged: a narrow utility can earn a broader roadmap one useful surface at a time.

EXP-001 / 002 / 006 / 007 COMMERCE APP PORTFOLIO 1 founding pilot / 3 pilots

The Shopify suite — four apps, one surface each.

The Shopify work is four focused builds: CartFlow for cart conversion, MemberPort for Shopify-to-Discord access, Custom Accounts for membership experiences, and Shopify MCP for AI-connected store operations. MemberPort is accepting applications for a $0 founding pilot; the other three are pilot builds.

MemberPort has a public product page with claim-link, role, and access-rule screens. It is not yet published in the Shopify App Store. The other three have no public App Store links shown here. See the full breakdown on the Apps page.

EXP-008 PRODUCT CONCEPT PERSONAL SYSTEM In build

RP Journal — a structured journal. The rest is redacted.

A current product direction on the bench: a structured journal built as a personal system first. I'm keeping the public positioning ████████ ██████ ███████ intentionally lean until more of the product is ready to show.

That's not coyness — it's ledger discipline. An entry earns its ink when it ships. This one hasn't yet, so it gets a line, a lamp, and nothing more.

LEDGER-02
Entry 02 Closed entries 2 closed / verified

Closed entries — sold and moved on.

Two companies made it all the way to the exit column. These lines are closed, the checks cleared, and the story still holds up.

XIT-001 SAAS EXIT 2019 Sold

Zero-Value Inc — from nothing to sold.

Zero dollars, zero connections. Built from a laptop into $30K MRR in 60 days, scaled it, sold it, and moved on.

That's the whole entry. Everything I run today about speed, proof, and skipping the deck traces back to this line.

XIT-002 COMMERCE MUTANT EXCLUSIVE Exited

Expand Your Roots — basement to #1 in Canada.

Supplements out of a basement. Landed the Mutant exclusive, became #1 in Canada, and exited.

Physical product, physical margins, physical proof. It's why I don't flinch at commerce problems — I've shipped the kind that come in boxes.

The receipt is the same one printed on the front page. It doesn't change, because closed entries don't reopen. Between the two exits and everything since, the book totals $3M+ generated.

the numbers were true when they printed. they're still true.

Entry 03 Bench time — retained 4 retainers

Four teams keep me on call.

Advisory isn't a side hustle — it's bench time I rent out. AI, eCommerce, and revenue teams that want the operator, not a slide about one.

ADV-01 Octane AI GTM strategy — AI × eCommerce RETAINED
ADV-02 Smartr Subscriptions Revenue architecture + retention RETAINED
ADV-03 Northern Commerce Enterprise sales — Canadian market RETAINED
ADV-04 Out Of The Blue AI Sales playbook design — AI automation RETAINED

Entry 04 Add an entry next line: yours

The next line in the book is blank.

Bring me the idea stuck behind your engineering queue, the client opportunity your agency can't productize, or the workflow you know is broken. I'll run it through the same bench everything above went through — and it comes back with a verdict, not a deck.
